BRA Staff
BRA has a mix of both practical and academically trained staff, many of whom have been with the company since inception. All employees are encouraged to participate in continuous learning. Wherever possible, BRA fills promoted positions from within the organisation. Where new permanent positions are created, BRA long-term casual staff are encouraged to fill these positions.
